This rosé Txakoli is made from a blend of Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza, grown on steep slopes just inland from the Bay of Biscay. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and bottled young with light spritz, maintaining its vivid, seaside character. Aromas of wild strawberry, grapefruit zest, crushed herbs and saline breeze rise from the glass. The palate is tangy and lightly effervescent, with a burst of acidity and clean red fruit. Dry, refreshing and dangerously drinkable. Perfect with prawns, cured meats or pintxos. A pink wine with attitude and Basque coastal soul.
